After all, the thing we dislike about so many of these words is that they once had merit but, because of overuse and the desire of some to sound trendy and current have merely become badges for the initiated. Whenever I read any sniffing entry about &quot;buzzwords&quot; I have to wonder whether the writer is guilty himself or herself of the same.
