		<description>This is something that I&#039;ve definitely struggled with as well. It seems like audience, consumer, user are all on the four letter word list. There&#039;s something very interesting about community. Do you think community works even if you&#039;re talking about new media but not necessarily social media?</description>

Old media ways are largely push methods but that doesn&#039;t work in the web sphere.
