		<description>I think its interesting what you say about thinking about why your entering into the use of social media.  Like anything which is exposed to the customer, it has to be for the long term as more damaged will be caused removing it suddenly than not doing it at all.  Also like your thoughts about detractors - just written my latest blog on this topic and why we need to be cosying up to them.
