Great post. I also love Jury&#039;s and when people come in to Boston from the West coast, I always tell them to stay there. This is a prime example of how corporations can communicate with their clientele and focus on retention. By having that twitter search set up, the company can keep up with anything that is being said about them and respond where appropriate.
