Honestly, Amber&#8217;s writing and tweeting habits were what really dragged me on board the social-media-for-business train. Though she recognizes the importance of an integrated marketing strategy, she has little tolerance for the fluff of old marketing, which is pretty much exactly how I feel about some of the traditional marketing methods we&#8217;ve seen in the past. Amber&#8217;s words always pull out the bigger picture to shed light on topics like why it&#8217;s so hard for us and the companies we work for to just be human, why true value lies in the experience, and why we, as community members, have to give to get.
