I think starting with Facebook or not it&#039;s a matter of practice. If you start with Facebook you have to keep practicing, being active, talking to people, sharing good information, sharing what others have to say, etc... 

Depending on your organization and goals Facebook may be a fine place to start, but it won&#039;t work if all your doing is promoting something. How you use it is what it comes down to.
