As an assistant pastor at a church, Sunday is my connect with everyone briefly day - making sure I get that personal touch with as many people as possible.

But in the week I am constantly spending hours with people. It is the same online - there are those we just have a short touch with - but at some point, we need that long conversation to solidify our relationship</description>
