		<description>So very refreshing. I am so happy that I am already doing some of these (yay!) and so much room for improvement (yay again)! The unplug is the best advice, hands down! I think the only discipline that brought that to me is the chronic arm pain I developed and I must stretch and take a break frequently, and enjoy the weather or the balcony or your pet, until you can go back into staring at the computer again. Love this list, thank you!</description>
