As well as helping us all see the connected world we live in and how it relates to socionomics, the thing I take away from this is that we&#039;re at a tipping point in how we tap into social media like Twitter, Facebook, etc for marketing intelligence. Data analytics is going to be the hot new job for many people as firms amass an enormous collection of data on customers and their social connections.
